Pergola X attaches directly to your building, providing a covered extension to your restaurant, hotel, or venue. Its motorized louvers open to let in sun or rotate closed for instant shade, and integrated sensors can trigger them to close the moment rain starts falling.
Cabana X gives you the same motorized louver technology as Pergola X, but as a freestanding structure you can place anywhere on your property. You get the same shade control, integrated lighting, and optional amenities, just without needing an exterior wall to attach to.
If you already have a covered patio, porch, or pergola, you may not need to rebuild anything to get more out of it. Our retractable screen systems provide enclosure around existing and newly installed commercial areas without closing them off permanently.
For restaurants, event spaces, and hospitality properties, food preparation is often central to how an exterior area gets used. We install outdoor kitchens with Challenger Designs cabinetry made specifically for exposed, high-traffic environments.
